Superintendent Multifamily - Charlotte

A national General Contractor is seeking a local Superintendent to lead ground‑up multifamily construction in the Charlotte market. This role will manage a new 141‑unit project starting June 1st, with full responsibility for field execution and schedule coordination.

Description

• Lead field operations on a 141‑unit, 4‑story wood‑frame multifamily project (18‑month duration)
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control
• Report directly to a General Superintendent based in Texas, who will visit the site regularly
• Oversee safety, inspections, RFIs, and documentation within Procore
• Potentially manage an on‑site Assistant Superintendent

Profile

A successful Superintendent Multifamily should have:

• Local Superintendent with experience as the Lead on ground‑up multifamily projects
• Charlotte multifamily market experience preferred
• Strong tenure and stability across previous roles
• Proficient in Procore

Job Offer

Base salary: Around $140K, depending on experience
