Seasonal Stock Clerk

The Temporary Stock Clerk position involves managing inventory and ensuring the availability of supplies to support business operations. This is a 2 month contract role with the possibility of extending.

Description

• Maintain and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming supplies and materials.
• Track inventory movements and update records accordingly.
• Prepare and distribute materials or supplies as requested.
• Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill department needs efficiently.
• Provide support for other tasks assigned by the department as needed.

Profile

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to commit to the length of the assignment.
• This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies.
