Superintendent - Public - MA

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee public-sector projects across New England. This role offers autonomy, stability, and the chance to work with a small, collaborative team on projects that make a real impact.

Description

• Manage day-to-day site operations for public-sector projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain project schedules and provide 2-3 week look-ahead plans
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve on-site issues
• Communicate progress and updates to ownership and stakeholders
• Oversee OSHA compliance and enforce site safety protocols

Profile

• MA CSL license
• OSHA 10 certification minimum
• Experience with ground-up public work preferred
• Ability to manage projects within 1.5 hours of Arlington, MA
• Strong scheduling skills
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Proven ability to lead small teams and coordinate multiple trades
