Senior Product Manager
A client is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager for its New York City office to lead product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver agile, customer-focused solutions in support of public good. This hybrid role requires expertise in investment securities and product lifecycle management, along with strong communication skills to bridge business goals and technology teams.

Description
Customer-Centric Collaboration: Promote a customer-first approach by actively engaging with stakeholders and incorporating continuous feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals, turning strategy into actionable requirements.
Backlog & Release Management: Prioritize and manage the program backlog, features, and releases to ensure alignment with business objectives and agile delivery.
Agile & Lean Execution: Utilize Design Thinking and work within Agile and SAFe methodologies to efficiently address customer needs and deliver value.
End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle-from research and planning to launch-ensuring effective value stream execution and market alignment.
Profile
- Experience in investment industry, investment securities, systems, data, controls and processes is essential
- Understand basics of coding, API Design, and working with developers
- People management experience is a plus
