Talent Management Coordinator and Attorney Support
Key member of the Professional Development & Attorney Training team at top am100 law firm. Responsible for all coordination of delivering training programs, mentoring initiatives and culture-enhancing/morale boosting events to attorneys. Attend Professional Development Committee Meetings.

Description
- Assist with supporting the design, implementation and execution of New Associate Orientation.
- Assist with supporting the design, implementation and execution of annual 'Mentoring Week' initiative.
- Serve as a creative contributor to new projects and initiatives and explore new technologies to enhance the learning and networking opportunities of our attorneys.
- Coordinate logistics for programs and maintain files.
- Update and maintain Professional Development calendar, and CLE and mentoring databases.
- Assist with managing multiple Professional Development/Talent team projects and organizing meetings and receptions for the department generally.
- Providing administrative clerical support as needed, including printing, copying, and supply orders.
- May at times be needed to move quickly between various sites within the firm and nearby, and carry light boxes and stacks of materials.
- Any additional responsibilities and projects as required by management.
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional services organization.
- Individual must be organized and be able to work efficiently and independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Experience in a law firm preferred but not a requirement.
- Ability to prioritize work projects.
- Strong Excel, Word, & PowerPoint skills necessary, and willingness and ability to learn multiple new databases.
- Willingness to develop the strong verbal & written skills and confidence required to interact with the firm's attorneys and senior staff.
- A flexible team player with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and technical skills, or a willingness to research, learn and apply knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and good judgment.
Willingness to working over-time as needed, and to work significant overtime at certain points during the year in support of various annual initiatives
