Description

• Oversee multifamily and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.

Profile

A successful Project Executive should have:

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
