Description

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the project management team to align on goals and objectives.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any on-site challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• A strong background in commercial construction management, specifically in the business services industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• 5 + years of commercial ground up construction experience with a focus on Schools, Federal, Retail and / or Medical projects
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction software tools and scheduling programs.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.
