Description

• Supervise and manage shift production operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Oversee production in cold storage and refrigerated environments, including protein manufacturing.
• Implement and maintain GMP and OSHA compliance standards across all processes.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
• Train, mentor, and manage an hourly workforce, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain high-quality standards.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of production supervision in food manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing shift operations in refrigerated or cold storage facilities.
• Proficiency in GMP, OSHA regulations, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Ability to oversee high-volume production and manage an hourly workforce.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
