Superintendent

Description

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

• Monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and keep projects on track

• Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring client satisfaction

Profile

• 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, ideally in light industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and field coordination

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
