Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the property industry. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Address and resolve any project issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Maintain effective communication with all project team members and stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
