Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives in the FMCG industry.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and supplier performance.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock while minimizing waste and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations and align with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliability and quality in the supply chain.

Profile

A successful Director of Supply Chain should have:

This role is onsite daily in Culver City.
