CNC Manufacturing Engineer/Programmer - Manchester, NH
The CNC Manufacturing Engineer/Programmer will take ownership of programming, validating, and troubleshooting CNC machine operations to ensure quality production on schedule. The position involves interpreting technical drawings, creating detailed setup documentation, and driving process improvements in machining efficiency.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement CNC programs from CAD files and drawings with detailed setup documentation.
- Design work-holding fixtures and support raw stock selection.
- Troubleshoot programming issues during setup/first-piece runs and identify cycle time reductions.
- Maintain a program library and ensure thorough documentation of best practices.
- Assist with machine setups and provide technical support to machinists.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure precision and repeatability.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in G-code and MasterCAM (or similar).
- Strong knowledge of machining methodology, feeds/speeds, tooling selection, and blueprint reading.
- Skilled in inspection techniques and use of precision measurement tools.
- U.S. citizenship required, with eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Team-oriented, detail-driven, and organized, with excellent problem-solving ability.
