Construction Senior Project Manager - Westchester, NY

- Oversee a specific phase of a mixed‑use development (condos, townhomes, or mixed‑use components), reporting to the VP of Construction.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and full project lifecycle reporting.
- Lead buyouts, bid leveling, subcontractor management, and procurement.
- Support estimating and takeoff functions as needed.
- Ensure coordination across teams while maintaining quality, schedule, and cost control.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 5-10 years of experience managing multi‑level (non high‑rise) mixed‑use or redevelopment projects.
- Strong experience with buyouts, subcontractor management, and project controls.
- Tech‑savvy with solid Microsoft 365 skills and strong reading comprehension.
- A highly motivated self‑starter with strong ethics, reliability, and work ethic (character is highly valued).
- Must be able to commute to Yorktown Heights and work onsite (7:30-4:30, plus ~1 Saturday/month).
