Receptionist
A leading hedge fund is seeking a polished, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Description
Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, greeting and directing visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages as needed
Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a polished and orderly environment
Oversee office management responsibilities, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and facilities requests
Schedule and manage conference rooms, including set-up for meetings and client visits
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems, ensuring smooth daily office operations
Profile
1 year of reception, office administration, or hospitality experience (financial services or professional services preferred)
Highly polished and professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Flexible and resourceful; able to pivot quickly and problem solve in real time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM onsite schedule
Job Offer
This role can offer $18-20 hourly with guranteed overtime (7:30-5:00 schedule onsite). This role with gain exposure in a fast-paced dynamic financial services environment, with high levels of visibility and access to senior leaders and decision makers.
