Public Project Superintendent
Oversee day-to-day field operations on public-sector construction projects including schools, municipal buildings, and community facilities
Manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget
Serve as the on-site leader ensuring smooth communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders

Description
Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and public-sector requirements
Monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and keep projects on track
Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring client satisfaction and transparency
Profile
5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, ideally in public-sector or institutional environments
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
