Corporate Paralegal
The Corporate Paralegal will support the team at a growing Pharmaceutical Brand. This role is fully remote and must be located in the Midwest Region: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Description
- Prepare, review, and organize corporate governance documents, including resolutions, minutes, and bylaws.
- Assist in maintaining and updating corporate records and databases to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support due diligence and transactional processes, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal departments on legal matters.
- Draft and revise legal correspondence and agreements under attorney supervision.
- Conduct legal research to support the legal team and provide summaries of findings.
- Manage filings with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Profile
A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
- A solid understanding of corporate governance and legal processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
