FP&A Analyst
The FP&A Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis across the firm, working closely with department leaders to monitor performance and resolve variances. The role also contributes to process improvements, financial systems support, and ad hoc analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency in firmwide reporting.

Description
Assist with annual budget preparation, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial monitoring
Investigate and document variances, providing guidance to department managers and budgeters across the firm
Participate in the monthly reporting process and recommend/implement process improvements
Provide consulting, project management, training, and support in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Develop a strong understanding of financial data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information
Update and maintain shared data sources and firm-wide budget business rules in Oracle
Profile
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Skilled at analyzing large datasets and presenting financial insights clearly to leadership
Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools, with preference for Oracle experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
