Princeton- Commercial Construction Project Manager
The Project Manager in the construction department will oversee project planning, execution, and completion within the Commercial Construction industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in the Princeton area.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Grow with a strong pipeline in Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Academic construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 15 years managing construction projects within commercial construction industry.
- Experience working with general contractors and working on corporate interiors.
- Proven ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance within the construction sector.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
