Assistant Project Manager - Corporate Interiors
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the Project Management team in coordinating and executing interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help bring exceptional spaces to life.
Description
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project plans
- Support procurement of materials and services
- Attend site meetings and assist with progress reporting
- Help maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably interiors or build-outs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
