Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Lead quality audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product standards and processes.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and protocols.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and audit findings.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate quality performance metrics and outcomes to senior management.
