Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality assurance processes within the USDA food manufacturing industry, ensuring product compliance with regulations and company standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in quality management within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.

Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead the quality control team to monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing departments to improve production processes.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality assurance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the FMCG sector.

Profile

A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:
