Description

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and returns.
• Oversee property budgets, financial performance, and reporting processes.
• Maintain and enhance tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy rates and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property management teams on maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Evaluate and negotiate lease agreements to optimize terms and conditions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders on property performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all properties.
