Description

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on ground‑up construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Enforce all safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant job site.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on‑site work.
• Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, inspections, and workflow to maintain job progress.
• Problem‑solve construction issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Utilize Procure and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to monitor budget, timelines, and quality standards.
