Description
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate challenges.
- Lead project teams by providing clear guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
