Lead Superintendent- Healthcare Experience
We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of a $40M ground-up healthcare facility in Wellington. This role requires a proven healthcare construction leader capable of managing complex scopes, strict regulatory requirements, and large project teams from start to finish.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for a $40M healthcare project from mobilization through closeout.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal field staff.
Enforce project schedule, site logistics, and sequencing to meet critical milestones.
Ensure full compliance with healthcare construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control requirements.
Conduct daily site meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and safety briefings.
Work closely with the Project Manager on budgeting, change management, and progress reporting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsite at all times.
Profile
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale healthcare construction projects.
Proven experience leading projects in the $40M+ range, preferably ground-up healthcare facilities.
Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, infection control, life safety systems, and complex MEP coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedule under demanding conditions.
OSHA certification and strong safety-first mindset required.
