Lead Superintendent- Healthcare Experience

We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of a $40M ground-up healthcare facility in Wellington. This role requires a proven healthcare construction leader capable of managing complex scopes, strict regulatory requirements, and large project teams from start to finish.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a $40M healthcare project from mobilization through closeout.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal field staff.

• Enforce project schedule, site logistics, and sequencing to meet critical milestones.

• Ensure full compliance with healthcare construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control requirements.

• Conduct daily site meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and safety briefings.

• Work closely with the Project Manager on budgeting, change management, and progress reporting.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsite at all times.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale healthcare construction projects.

• Proven experience leading projects in the $40M+ range, preferably ground-up healthcare facilities.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, infection control, life safety systems, and complex MEP coordination.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedule under demanding conditions.

• OSHA certification and strong safety-first mindset required.
