Construction Project Engineer - Light Industrial Projects
The Construction Project Engineer will oversee and manage light industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Description
- Coordinate and manage all phases of light industrial construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure compliance with client expectations.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to promote successful project outcomes.

Profile
A successful Construction Project Engineer should have:
- A strong educational background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in managing construction projects, particularly light industrial projects, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
