About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects in Union, NJ. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in site development, infrastructure, and heavy civil work. You will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Monitor job site safety and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
