Civil Superintendent - Heavy Civil & Infrastructure Projects

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent with 3-5+ years of proven leadership in heavy civil construction. This is a growth-driven role including marquee jobs like the $30M Scenic Highway improvement, upgrades at Martha's Vineyard and Marshfield airports, and other large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Superintendent:

• Lead daily field operations across multiple heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, project schedules, and quality requirements.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, leadership, and clients.
• Resolve issues on site, keeping projects moving efficiently.

Profile

The successful Superintendent:

• 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in civil/heavy infrastructure.
• Strong tenure with prior employers (no 'jumpy' backgrounds).
• Civil/Horizontal construction background required; DOT experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Procore.
• Flexible and willing to travel to projects across Cape Cod, South Shore, North Shore, and islands.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

• Base salary: $100,000-$130,000 (depending on experience).
