Project Engineer
The Project Engineer will play a critical role in managing construction projects within the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position is based in Miami and focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes through effective project planning and collaboration.

Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and status reports.
- Provide technical support and resolve construction-related issues as they arise.
- Participate in site visits to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Support procurement processes by coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
