A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead tenant improvement projects across large-scale commercial, big box retail, and light industrial sectors. Description

  • Oversee all phases of tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
  • Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and quality control checks.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven success in tenant improvement projects, especially in large-scale commercial, big box, or light industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
