HVAC General Sales Manager- New England-Onsite
We are looking for a General Manager (HVAC/Equipment) to lead and develop sales strategies within the HVAC industry. This role requires a results-driven professional with expertise in HVAC and equipment sales, based in Boston (Burlington/Woburn).

Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth in the HVAC and equipment sector.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet targets (Northeast/New England )
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Work alongside the General Manager for the rest of the Americas.
Profile
A successful General Manager (HVAC/Equipment) should have:
- Proven expertise in sales within the HVAC and equipment industry(desired)
- Backgound selling a mechanical product into manufacturing companies/ Industrial.
- Technical Sales Accumen.
- Leadership experience (2 + years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
