Partner Recruiting, Senior Manager | Legal | DC
The Partner Recruiting, Senior Manager will lead and manage all aspects of partner recruitment efforts within the firm. This role focuses on developing effective strategies to attract top-tier legal talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process in Washington, DC.

Description
- Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the firm.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize hiring needs for partner-level roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes to the leadership team.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

Profile
A successful Partner Recruiting, Senior Manager should have:
- 7+ years experience in legal recruiting (summer associate, lateral, or partner recruiting experience required).
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Strong knowledge of partner-level hiring practices and processes (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in hiring.
- Ability to work onsite in DC two to three days a week.
Job Offer
