About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a leading civil construction team in Red Bank, NJ. This role is critical in preparing accurate cost estimates for site development, infrastructure, and heavy civil projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope and requirements
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing records
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and competitive bids
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies
