Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney
The Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex legal matters in the professional services industry, with a focus on health care-related litigation. This position is based in New York and requires a strong understanding of legal principles and litigation strategies.

Description
- Provide legal counsel and representation in health care-related litigation matters.
- Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case preparation and strategy development.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation within the health care sector.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in health care laws and regulations.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

Profile
A successful Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance, and in good standing, to the bar in New York, with a strong understanding of local and federal laws.
- Experience in litigation, ideally within the health care sector or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to case management and client service.
