Billing Coordinator
The Billing Coordinator will oversee and manage billing processes within the legal department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of billing practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Prepare and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with the legal department to track billable hours and expenses.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
- Generate reports and analyze billing data for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of billing system updates and improvements.
- Provide support during audits and ensure all records are accurate and complete.
Profile
A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
- Proven experience in billing or financial operations within a large law firm
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in billing software (Aderant/Elite/3E) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Offer
