Description

The Estimator - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Strong knowledge of estimation techniques and industry standards in the Construction sector.
• Proficiency in relevant software for estimation and project management (Procore, Dodge Construction, iSqFt, Construct Connect)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications effectively.
• Ability to generate conceptual estimates without highly detailed plans and blueprints available
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Profile

The successful Estimator - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will have:

• At least 5 years construction experience (and 3 years estimating)
• Multifamily estimating experience is required, while commercial/public experience is a big plus
• Procore Experience is required - especially 360 reporting and budget views
• Experience with Dodge/iSquareFoot/ConstructConnect is highly preferred
• A High School Diploma required, relevent degree is preferred
• Ability to perform take-offs and organize conceptual budget pricing
• Must be a self-starter and understand deadlines.
• Must have good phone skills and excellent people skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc)
