Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role is critical in maintaining quality control and coordinating field activities.

Description

• Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and field teams.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
