Assistant Project Manager - Boulder
The Assistant Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with experience in multifamily and commercial construction who is eager to grow their career in the business services industry.

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, schedules, and project scope.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including change orders and progress reports.
- Support the on-site team with problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience in multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
