Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain a cohesive workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to review plans and specifications.
• Maintain quality control by conducting inspections and addressing deficiencies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
