EBilling Coordinator
The EBilling Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the electronic billing process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of legal billing systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Description
- Manage the electronic billing process for the legal department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Review and process invoices for submission through eBilling platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing activities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of eBilling systems and tools.
- Provide support and training to staff on eBilling processes and best practices.
- Generate reports and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal billing guidelines and regulations.
Profile
A successful EBilling Coordinator should have:
- Experience in electronic billing within the legal department or business services industry.
- Strong understanding of eBilling platforms and legal billing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
