Description

The Assistant Superintendent will:

• Assist in managing daily construction site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Support the Superintendent in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among all on-site personnel.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• Experience in construction project coordination or management within the property industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus.
