Assistant Superintendent - Miami, FL
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent to join a growing team in the construction industry. This role involves coordinating on-site activities and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description
- Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes at the construction site.
- Support the Superintendent in preparing schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Oversee material deliveries and inventory management on-site.
- Ensure quality control by conducting inspections and addressing deficiencies.
- Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.

Profile
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 2-5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end interior projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and residential building methods
- Exposure to high-end finishes such as stone, tile, millwork, and specialty installations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
