Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Charleston

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance goals
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
