Description

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to Project Manager
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Lead and motivate crews to achieve productivity and performance goals
• Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or large-scale construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
• OSHA certification or equivalent preferred
