Accounting Manager
We are working with a leading consumer-focused company seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee key aspects of accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and integrity. This role will manage month-end and year-end close processes, prepare financial statements, support audits, and drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and controls.

Description
Oversee daily accounting operations including GL maintenance, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reporting packages; provide variance analysis and insights for management.
Handle sales tax, use tax, property tax, business licenses, and other compliance requirements.
Maintain and enhance internal controls, documenting policies and ensuring audit readiness.
Support treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and cash forecasting.
Maintain fixed asset ledgers and ensure proper depreciation practices.
Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Manage SAP transactions, supplier approvals, and intercompany reconciliations.
Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in mid-sized or high-growth consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce businesses.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; experience with financial statements and audit support.
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; capable of presenting complex information clearly.
Experience leading teams, streamlining operations, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
