Supply Planning Lead-Cosmetics
The Supply Planning Lead role in the cosmetics sector involves overseeing supply planning operations to ensure efficiency and optimal inventory. This position is remote and their North American HQ is located in Los Angeles. This role requires expertise in procurement and supply chain processes but is focused on supply planning.

Description
- As the Supply Planning Lead you will help develop and execute supply planning strategies to meet business objectives in the cosmetics sector.
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term supply plans, including MRP parameters setup, to meet business objectives while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to refine forecasts and integrate market insights, promotional activity, and historical data to accurately determine inventory needs for distribution centers.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and demand planning.
- Prepare reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
