Description

• As the Supply Planning Lead you will help develop and execute supply planning strategies to meet business objectives in the cosmetics sector.
• Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term supply plans, including MRP parameters setup, to meet business objectives while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to refine forecasts and integrate market insights, promotional activity, and historical data to accurately determine inventory needs for distribution centers.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and demand planning.
• Prepare reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
