Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily site operations on multifamily projects.
• Manage subcontractors, inspections, safety, and quality control.
• Maintain schedules and work closely with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and company standards.
• Lead site meetings and produce accurate field documentation.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Strong understanding of codes, field operations, and site safety.
• Proven subcontractor management and schedule coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
