Construction Multifamily Superintendent
This Superintendent role leads multifamily construction projects from footings through certificate of occupancy. You will own site execution, schedules, and subcontractor performance across multiple active builds.

Our client is a privately backed, vertically integrated real estate developer with a stable capital position and a growing multifamily portfolio. Unlike many peers, they self‑perform oversight and maintain a consistent project pipeline in suburban markets.
Description
* Lead on‑site construction from groundworks to final inspections
* Manage schedules, daily logs, and core project documentation
* Coordinate and hold subcontractors accountable without escalation
* Oversee assistant superintendents during framing and punch‑out
* Drive problem solving, safety, and quality across 4-6 projects
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
* 5+ years in multifamily or related commercial construction
* Proven experience delivering projects from start to CO
* Working knowledge of fire suppression systems
* Decisive leader who brings solutions, not just issues
* Detail‑oriented with strong paperwork and reporting discipline
Job Offer
Base salary range is $100,000-$130,000 plus standard benefits.
* 3 weeks PTO and developing annual bonus program
* $400-$600 monthly car allowance
