Retail/Public Construction Project Manager - North Shore/NH

As a Retail/Public PM in the Construction department, you will oversee and manage projects within the North Shore area of MA and southern NH from $1M-$15M. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to impactful projects in the business services industry.

Description

• Lead and manage retail and public construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and permitting requirements.
• Monitor financial performance and manage costs effectively.
