The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry. This role is based in Manhattan and requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction estimating.

Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure cost efficiency.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with initial estimates.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project costs and budgets.
• Maintain and update cost databases and records for future project planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques.
