Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to define project scope and costs.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for cost efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and update cost databases and records for future reference.
• Identify potential project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
• Support the team with additional construction-related duties as needed.
