Estimator
The Estimator position in the property industry focuses on providing accurate cost assessments and project estimates for construction projects. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project success.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to define project scope and costs.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for cost efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and update cost databases and records for future reference.
- Identify potential project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
- Support the team with additional construction-related duties as needed.

A successful Estimator should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and property industry standards.
